- Develop mutually trustful relationships with all families within caseload.
- Plan and facilitate regularly scheduled home visits with all families on caseload.
- Provide developmentally appropriate and simulating activates that help develop the relationship/bonding of parent and child.
- Help parents organize and access services based on individual family needs and act as an advocate for families when needed.
- Maintain harmonious working relationship with others.
- Maintain a commitment to professionalism at all time.
- Bilingual. (English-Spanish)

The Children's Center of Cicero-Berwyn is a private not-for-profit, 501 (c)(3) registered charitable organization chartered in the State of Illinois. All center based programs are licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and are accredited by NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children)The Children’s Center of Cicero Berwyn provides a nurturing, developmentally appropriate atmosphere for children, while supporting parents and caregivers in their critical role as their child’s first teacher. We respect the child as a unique and special individual. We encourage families to help their children enjoy life and learn to accept themselves, and others, and prepare them for academic success. Currently, services are available in person AND virtually. The Children's Center of Cicero-Berwyn currently serves more than 950 families in Cicero, Berwyn and the surrounding communities. We provide educational, play-based childcare, full and half day Head Start and Preschool for All classrooms and home-based, child development and parenting programs.All programs are bilingual (Spanish/English).
